Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cost Analyst to join TOYOTI1's team. As a bilingual English/Japanese analyst, you will play a crucial role in cost management and financial analysis for our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. If you have a passion for accounting, fluency in Japanese, and a drive for cost optimization, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and work with Japan to enhance production cost management.
• Plan and oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and collaborate with departments for successful project completion.
• Contribute to annual budget development for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience in cost accounting and management.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA a plus.
• Fluency in Japanese is required.
