Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

TOYOTI1 is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our team at the state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As part of the team, you will play a vital role in managing production costs and overseeing financial transactions, collaborating closely with our Japan team.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances in material transactions within CADIOS.
• Work with Japan team to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory planning and direction.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and ensure accurate completion verification.
• Contribute to the budget planning process by developing annual labor and cost budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
• CPA certification highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
