Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company. In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on CADIOS, manage production costs, and collaborate with teams globally. Fluency in Japanese is a must for effective communication with the Japan team. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will plan and direct fixed asset inventory, analyze ROI on projects, and actively participate in budget planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Manage production costs using CADIOS and work closely with the Japan team.
• Direct fixed asset inventory and analyze ROI on projects.
• Participate in budget planning processes for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and cost management.
• Fluency in Japanese for effective communication with the Japan team.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a significant advantage.
