Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst who is bilingual in Japanese and English to join our team at TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company with a strong global presence. As part of our dynamic organization, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs, analyzing variances, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and collaborate with Japan to optimize production cost management.
• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory planning and management.
• Assist departments in analyzing ROI on new projects and ensure post-implementation verification.
• Participate in the budget planning process by developing annual budgets for labor and other assigned costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and cost management.
• Fluency in Japanese is a must.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
