Seasonal Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for Seasonal Cashiers to join the ALDI team. As a Seasonal Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions accurately and efficiently, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's customer service guidelines and interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Assist customers with inquiries and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Support store management in maintaining a safe environment and achieving operational goals.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions, and contribute to general store upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service, operate a cash register accurately, and follow company policies.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
