Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Green Source Automation LLC, based in Jerome, Idaho, is looking for a Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician in or around Lafayette, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to maintaining and developing automated systems, particularly within the dairy industry. Responsibilities include:

• Performing biweekly maintenance on all six robotics systems.
• Conducting weekly brush changes.
• Completing monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Being on-call for system emergencies.

Requirements

• Willingness to acquire the necessary skills for maintenance tasks.
• Experience in PLC-based controls design and implementation.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Handling chemicals like Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide, and Iodine.
• Effective communication skills.
• Self-motivated with good time management.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Flexibility in work hours and travel.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

Yearly Salary: $40,000 - $60,000
