Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team at Burger King. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, leading a team of managers and crew members to ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all areas of People, Profitability, and Operations for a Burger King Restaurant.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring efficient and courteous transactions.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed in compliance with standards and laws.
  • Handle human resource functions including staffing, training, and supervision of employees.
  • Work with vendors professionally and address customer complaints promptly.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
  • 5 years of overall restaurant experience.
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States with a state-issued driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
