Job Description
Join our team at Exeter Center in beautiful Exeter, NH, as a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) for the 7p - 7a shift. We offer short-term rehabilitation services, long-term care, and respite care provided by a passionate and dedicated team.
Position Highlights
- Perform nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team, patients, and families.
- Administer medications, treatments, and delegate patient care responsibilities.
- Communicate patient information effectively with staff and between shifts.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved nursing school and licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification required.
- One to three years of RN experience in a related setting preferred.
