Job Description

Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Registered Nurses to join our dialysis team. As part of our organization, you will provide prescribed medical treatment and dialysis to our clients while maintaining high standards of care. This position requires frequent and prolonged periods of standing and bending.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and dialysis to the clients of the unit.
• Render highly professional and technical nursing care to the dialysis patients.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Direct and supervise other team members.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team members for optimal patient care.
• Ensure a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies and standards of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Successfully pass the Ishihara's Color Blind Test.
