Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Friendship Village Chesterfield. As a vital part of our senior living community, you will provide direct nursing care to residents, delegate tasks to nursing assistants, administer medications, perform procedures, and maintain quality resident care. This role involves daily supervision of staff, initiating individual care plans, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and enhancing residents' quality of life through personalized care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and supervision to residents.
- Assist residents with daily activities and promote independent living.
- Develop and implement individual care plans based on health goals and physician orders.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and management.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a current State of Missouri license.
- Strong customer service attitude and genuine interest in geriatric care.
- Ability to motivate, maintain relationships, and work towards facility goals.
- Experience in supervising and leading a nursing team.
