Job Description
Golden Wolf, LLC is looking for a talented and adaptable Project Engineer to join our team. This unique opportunity involves supporting the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) by providing facility life cycle management support in Portsmouth, VA. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for project requirements, developing scopes of work, cost estimates, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient facility management.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Facility Management Program support, including project requirement determination and evaluation of equipment condition.
- Develop project scope information, statements of work, and cost estimates for project induction.
- Assist in the development of Maintenance Action Plans and provide engineering support to the Facilities Management team.
- Act as a liaison between BUMED and facility management personnel, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate RPIE information and utilize management systems to prioritize work actions.
- Conduct site assessments to determine facility conditions and prioritize maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Security Clearance: Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain an interim Tier 3 with subsequent favorable adjudication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and 5-10 years of technical experience in Real Property Systems.
- Travel requirement (minimum 25% CONUS and OCONUS).
- Desired experience in DOD processes, facility management, and CMMS systems.
- Education: Baccalaureate degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with related experience OR significant work experience in facility management.
