Job Description
We are currently seeking Production Workers to join our Washington Operations at ATI. The Washington Specialty Plate Facility plays a crucial role in producing Finish Plate Products for various end users. As part of our team, you will be involved in operating equipment, collaborating with team members, and supporting maintenance activities to ensure the production of world-class plate products.
Essential Functions
- Operate small and large mobile equipment.
- Utilize cranes with remote radio control or overhead cabs.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Assist in routine maintenance tasks.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of experience in manufacturing, farming, military, or similar environments.
- OR Vo-Tech Certificate or Associate Degree in relevant fields.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to operate and maintain various operating units.
- Demonstrated commitment to working safely as part of a team.
- Strong reading and math skills with electrical and mechanical aptitude.
