Responsibilities

• Understand and document resident information accurately.

• Assist with medication management and re-ordering.
• Monitor medication supply and address discrepancies efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) in the state.
• Previous experience working with the elderly preferred.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to learn.
• CPR certification and background check required.
