Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as Management (TW) in North Pinellas County, FL at Domino's. This role offers a competitive salary of $14.50-$17.50 per hour with bonus potential. Weekly pay and benefits, including Medical, Dental, and Paid Vacation, are available (subject to eligibility requirements).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and take ownership of tasks assigned to your team under the guidance of the General Manager.
• Manage day-to-day operations focusing on cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Mentor team members to develop future managers, setting a positive example.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures while fostering teamwork and recruiting new talent.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, store cleanliness, and marketing duties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operational tasks and ability to train others.
• Proficiency in operating equipment and preparing products efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and handle orders.
