Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in a part-time capacity at Joyce University's Draper, UT campus. The ideal candidate will handle repair, maintenance, and other tasks to ensure the campus facilities are in optimal condition. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and proficient in trades like carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance tasks to upkeep campus aesthetics.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Inspect facilities regularly and address potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of repair and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors on projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance roles.
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and knowledge of safety procedures.

Compensation

$22-25 hourly wage.
