Responsibilities
- Maintain buildings and grounds at various properties in the designated areas.
- Utilize basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repair skills.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure properties are well-maintained.
Requirements

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation.
