Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at Joyce University in a part-time role. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various trades and possess strong problem-solving abilities to handle maintenance and repair tasks across our campus in Draper, UT.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance tasks to uphold the campus's aesthetic appeal.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Inspect facilities regularly to detect and address maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors on assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance roles.
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical capability to lift heavy objects.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.

Compensation Details

$22-25 per hour.
