In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating the packing line daily, ensuring adherence to proper policies and procedures, maintaining required line speed, and coordinating packing line staff for maximum efficiency. You will play a crucial role in monitoring product quality, communicating effectively with the team, and ensuring smooth workflow under the Packing Floor Supervisor's guidance.
