Job Description
Genesis Health is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for ALL SHIFTS to join the Pheasant Wood team. This role offers new wages, shift differentials, and an array of benefits, including Nursing Student Loan Debt Repayment and Tuition Assistance.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
