New Western is seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Real Estate Agent with a passion for real estate to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire off-market and on-market properties to build our inventory.
• Analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions and secure profitable deals.
• Negotiate effectively with sellers and buyers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Collaborate with a network of professionals, including sales agents and lenders, to streamline the acquisition process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the residential real estate industry.
• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive market.
