Job Description
New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. As an Acquisition Agent, you will play a vital role in acquiring off-market and on-market properties, interacting with a variety of parties, and utilizing your real estate expertise to secure valuable opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Utilize your real estate knowledge to identify and acquire properties.
- Negotiate deals with sellers and buyers to achieve successful transactions.

Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
- Strong negotiation and dealmaking skills.
- Ability to work on a commission basis as an independent contractor.
