Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse - Health Unit Coordinator (LPN-HUC) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a Health Unit Coordinator-LPN, you will play a crucial role in supporting our nursing staff to deliver top-quality care services to our patients/residents. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will be responsible for transcribing medication and treatment orders, coordinating care activities, and maintaining communication with healthcare providers and pharmacy staff.
