Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
