We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Paducah. As a Licensed Nurse, you will be responsible for safely administering medications and treatments to residents with professionalism and care.

Position Summary

The Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) will handle the administration of medications and treatments to residents in a professional and compassionate manner. This role requires working on a 3/4 rotation, with weekend shifts included.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate documentation of resident information.
• Monitor resident alert status and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to the appropriate parties.
• Assist with medication records and pharmacy coordination.
• Maintain required licensure and stay current with CPR certification.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state.
• Experience working with the elderly population preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to attend monthly in-services.
• Must pass a background check.
