Summary

We are looking for a Lead Grocery Store Designer to join our dynamic team in the Kansas City Division. You will be responsible for coordinating the design and construction process for grocery store development, advising members on store layout and equipment needs, and overseeing project budgets and installations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with member retailers to design fixture layouts and recommend building components.
• Coordinate equipment installation and requirements with design professionals.
• Resolve construction and equipment issues on job sites.
• Provide training to Store Engineers and manage departmental operating budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail grocery industry and CAD software.
• Knowledge of construction management techniques and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
