Job Description
Wise Landscaping is seeking a Landscape Installation Supervisor to join our growing Landscape Installation Division team in Dayton. As a Landscape Installation Supervisor, you will lead a crew in executing large-scale landscape installations at newly built sites using top-of-the-line equipment and ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan and execute projects.
- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers to achieve project goals.
- Operate skidsteers, wheel loaders, and excavators efficiently.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of landscape installations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in landscape installation and crew leadership.
- Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment like skidsteers and excavators.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints for project execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a motivation to excel in a team environment.
