Join the Wise Landscaping team as a Landscape Crew Supervisor and work with the best! We are seeking a highly skilled landscaper with a valid driver's license who loves leading a team to success. As a Landscape Crew Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work on beautiful client properties and showcase your landscaping abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 2 to 3 landscapers in providing landscape and snow management services on commercial sites.
- Coordinate and perform various landscaping tasks such as mowing, mulching, pruning, flower installations, cleanups, and weed control during Spring, Summer, and Fall.
- Execute snow removal services using plow and salt trucks, skid steers, and wheel loaders during the Winter.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Prior experience in landscaping and snow management.
- Strong leadership and motivation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results.
