Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Home Delivery Driver to join the Slumberland Furniture Delivery Team. As a Home Delivery Driver, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service by safely delivering and setting up merchandise for our customers. If you are a self-motivated individual with great interpersonal skills and a commitment to quality service, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Setup merchandise for customers and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain clean delivery vehicles and perform daily vehicle maintenance.
- Handle and operate all trucks and equipment with care to prevent damage.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Positive attitude and enjoy interacting with customers.
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Provide direction, maintain accurate records, and follow DOT requirements.
- Availability for day-shift schedules and flexibility to work throughout the week.
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
