Job Description
We are looking for a Home Delivery Driver to join the Slumberland Furniture Delivery Team. As a Home Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by safely delivering and setting up merchandise. If you are a self-starter with a passion for meeting new people and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want you to be part of our team!
Responsibilities
- Deliver merchandise safely and efficiently to customers.
- Set up merchandise and ensure accurate delivery and return.
- Maintain clean delivery vehicles and perform daily vehicle maintenance.
- Handle all trucks and equipment properly to avoid damage or injury.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work day-shift schedules throughout the week.
- Ability to pass DOT requirements, background checks, and drug screenings.
