Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for successfully managing a store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, developing action plans, and mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities and team performance.
• Understand and communicate company values to foster teamwork.
• Address customer concerns and maintain store standards.
• Hire, train, and schedule store personnel.
• Manage inventory, product merchandising, and store budgets.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrate prompt customer service and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, personnel management, and retail operations.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
