Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our new store team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company procedures and policies to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience.
• Contribute to inventory management and assist in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
