Job Description
As a Store Associate at Aldi, your main responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for customers. Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and report feedback to store management.
- Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform physical demands such as stocking merchandise and general store upkeep.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
