Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Adhere to inventory procedures and ensure accuracy in product counts.
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize errors and losses.
• Comply with company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register.
• Safe handling of equipment and adherence to cleaning standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
