Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness within the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and maintain company standards
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash register accurately and handle equipment safely
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
