Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-organized and clean. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in store inventory processes and uphold cash policies
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
- Ability to meet physical demands and lift up to 45 pounds
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience advantageous
