Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean displays, and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
- Adhere to company policies and ensure security of documents and data
- Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and operating equipment
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
- Experience in a retail environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail work experience is a plus
