Full-Time Lead Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Lead Store Associate to join Aldi and become an integral part of our team. As a Lead Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by providing exceptional customer service, supervising store personnel, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide product feedback to management and make recommendations for improvements.
• Supervise store personnel to ensure compliance with customer service standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Merchandise products effectively, maintain store signage, and uphold the quality of Aldi products.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist with product ordering.
• Lead and support store personnel, providing direction and motivation to achieve store success.
• Train new employees and contribute to team development.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
