Southern Health Partners is looking for a dedicated Full-Time LPN Nurse to join our team at the Clermont County Detention Center in Ohio. As an LPN Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a correctional facility environment. This position offers competitive pay, sign-on and retention bonuses, and shift differentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, evaluate symptoms, and chart patient progress.
• Administer medications following nursing standards and correctional regulations.
• Implement treatment plans and perform emergency interventions when necessary.
• Work under State Scope of Practice guidelines and Physician/Provider directives.
