Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Family Advocate to join Children First Inc. As a Family Advocate, you will be responsible for integrating parent and family engagement strategies into all systems and program services to support family well-being and promote children's learning and development. Key responsibilities include providing case management, referrals, and support services to families, fostering strong parent-child relationships, and maintaining family and child-related records.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum requirement: Credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in family/social services or early childhood setting
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Training in social services, health, or disabilities case management desired

Service Delivery:

Ensure the delivery of high-quality program services that are developmentally and culturally appropriate. Support school readiness aligned with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Compensation:

$18-23 hourly wage.
