As a valued member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work in different team departments such as Bakery, Grocery, Meat, Prepared Foods, Produce, Seafood, Specialty, Whole Body, and more, depending on the location and role availability. Team Members play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining product quality, and upholding store standards.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
• Ensure product quality and freshness, and proper product rotation.
• Maintain clean and well-stocked cases and shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service and maximize sales potential.
• Follow established procedures and safety practices.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment.
• Report safety hazards and violations promptly.

Desired Work Experience

• No prior retail experience required.
