Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Engineer III - Tier 1 at EarthScope Consortium to work on geophysical projects with various technologies and stakeholders across different locations. As a technical lead, you will manage field operations, propose innovative solutions, and ensure high-quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead geophysical projects with internal and external teams, providing technical expertise.
• Develop and implement strategies for project planning and execution, including logistics and network configuration.
• Troubleshoot and integrate geophysical technology, firmware, and software.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for projects.
• Foster alliances with different departments for collaborative projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience with geophysical sensors or networks.
• Proficiency in data processing, software analysis, and field operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
