Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Endodontist to join our well-established and unique specialty practice in Mason City, Iowa. As the first Endodontic, Periodontic, and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery combined multispecialty practice in the state, we offer a one-of-a-kind opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with other dental specialties. You will have access to state-of-the-art technology and equipment, including high-definition imaging and IV sedation facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality endodontic treatment following the practice's standards of care.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and administrators to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with referring providers.
- Participate in mentorship opportunities and continuous education programs.
Requirements
- Endodontics certificate from an ADA-accredited program.
- Dental Degree (DMD or DDS) from an ADA-accredited program.
- Expertise in patient-focused care and effective communication.
- Desire for practice ownership and commitment to professional growth.
