Job Description
The Delivery and Take-Out Specialist at Silver Diner Development, LLC is a critical role in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests and ensuring seamless To-Go services. This position entails merchandising, order fulfillment, sales generation, and POS management to uphold the Silver Diner brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service by promptly greeting and assisting every guest.
- Ensure accurate order delivery and suggestive selling to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain awareness of menu items and merchandise display cases effectively.
- Keep work area organized, clean, and replenished as necessary.
- Execute sales transactions accurately and communicate guest requests to management.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry (1-2 years minimum).
- Exceptional guest service skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Positive attitude, organized, and high sense of urgency.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
