Job Description
Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience. As a full-time Store Associate, you'll be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold ALDI's values.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management
- Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
- Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus
