Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join Southern Health Partners as a Correctional Nurse at the Clermont County Detention Center in Ohio. As an essential part of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care to an underserved population in a correctional facility.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care, assess symptoms, evaluate patient progress, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer medications following nursing standards and correctional regulations.
- Execute treatment plans and provide emergency interventions as needed.
- Conduct physical assessments and critical thinking to ensure optimal patient care.
