Highmark Management Solutions is looking for a dedicated Bar Manager to join our team at ITH Hospitality in Ithaca. As a Bar Manager, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service and managing operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering.
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in bar management or bartending.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of beverage trends and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
