Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the team at Aldi. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and product quality standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and address customer concerns.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail, with a minimum of 3 years preferred.
• Ability to lead, provide excellent customer service, and work in a team environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
