We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily shipping schedules, product receipt verification, communication with 3rd party partners, and ensuring efficient storage and fulfillment processes to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish daily shipping schedules and ensure inventory availability for stores.
• Oversee proper staging, pallet construction, and product selection accuracy.
• Supervise warehouse processes and workload distribution to achieve efficiency and inventory goals.
• Conduct warehouse inventory counts and maintain inventory operational controls.
• Provide administrative support and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Maintain equipment, adhere to safety guidelines, and address safety concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations and product handling.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
