Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders efficiently, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and supporting warehouse operations. This is a full-time position with competitive wages and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated competence in quality, safety, collaboration, positivity, and efficiency.
• Ability to follow instructions and company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
