Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a part-time team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our warehouse, from receiving and selecting stock to preparing shipments for delivery. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas and receive comprehensive training to excel in your role.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
